With over 35 years in the industry, Steve's focus is on working with the healthcare community to create solutions that help them collaborate, make improved clinical decisions, and provide patient-centred care.
Throughout his career Steve has enjoyed driving the transformation of healthcare technology and communications to deliver better healthcare outcomes.
Steve is incredibly proud of the team at Rauland Australia and Rauland New Zealand who come to work each day ready to push the boundaries and deliver innovative healthcare communication solutions that are robust, yet flexible enough, to stand the test of time.

Charles Lynam, Advisory Board Member
Charles joined Rauland’s new Advisory Board in 2021.
Charles has extensive experience in advising small and large businesses on growth, operations, governance, post-merger management and project evaluation, in Australia and overseas.At Macquarie Bank he led the healthcare banking segment, was the global Chief Operating Officer for Macquarie’s investment advisory business, and a leadership team member of various private equity funds where he undertook deal assessment and negotiation.
Previously he worked as a consultant with McKinsey & Co. advising clients globally on post-merger management and operational improvement, and he is currently a health-technology business investor and executive director.
He has undergraduate degrees in engineering and computer science from the University of Sydney, and an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management.

With over 30 years of experience, Jacqueline brings a wealth of expertise in driving digital transformation and innovation across global markets. Her background spans a diverse range of industries, including finance, government and healthcare, where she has led organisations in leveraging emerging technologies to optimise performance and drive growth.
A passionate advocate for digital health, Jacqueline is dedicated to advancing healthcare outcomes through technology, customer-centric solutions and strategic leadership. She is committed to enhancing collaboration and operational efficiency, with a focus on delivering impactful results for both customers and the communities they serve.
Prior to joining Rauland, Jacqueline held senior leadership roles at organisations such as ZircoDATA, Giesecke & Devrient and Oberthur Technologies (today known as Idemia), where she spearheaded transformation initiatives across Asia Pacific, Europe and the US.

Emarson Victoria, General Manager - Product & Experience
With over 25 years in product management, user experience and technology innovation, Emarson is bringing a wealth of product development and user experience knowledge to the business.
Emarson joined Rauland in 2015 and has since consistently driven innovation throughout the organization. He has deep expertise in multi-channel, multidevice product development and a proven track record of launching commercially successful products. He also has experience in the Startup scene, working on the world's first automated video editing technology.
He is passionate about all things digital, health tech and AI, and enjoys building and mentoring high-performance tech teams to meet their fullest potential.
Prior to joining Rauland, Emarson held Product and Technology leadership roles within Australia and Singapore.

Craig Byth, General Manager - Client Services
Craig has been a dedicated member of Rauland for more than 20 years, making significant contributions to the company’s growth and success.
Since joining Rauland in 2004, Craig has held various leadership positions across the business to deliver great client outcomes. Throughout this period, he has also completed undergraduate and postgraduate studies in Business.
Craig has contributed to major projects throughout Australia and New Zealand whilst leading our client services team. He’s passion for client success has played a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our platform whilst providing exceptional support and value to our customers.
Craig’s commitment and dedication serve as a testament to the amazing culture and people at Rauland.

Kristy Apland, General Manager - Business Services
With close to a decade of experience working at Rauland, Kristy currently manages teams in various commercial functions including Finance, Safety, IT, Contracts, Facilities and Quality Assurance.
Kristy is a qualified Chartered Accountant with significant strategic financial management and corporate governance experience. In her role as Manager Business Services, Kristy is responsible for ensuring the on-going financial sustainability of the business and meeting all statutory reporting requirements.
Kristy applies her passion for financial analysis and reporting, together with a strong knowledge of legal, contractual and procurement process to support the strategic goals of the business, while effectively mitigating risk. She holds a Bachelor of Business - Accounting and a Bachelor of Science - Biomedical Science from the University of Technology Sydney.
Prior to joining Rauland, Kristy was an Audit Senior at Nexia Australia.

Vickie Knight, General Manager - Clinical Services
Vickie brings a deep level of clinical knowledge and experience to the team. Together with the Clinical Team, Vickie is responsible for engaging our healthcare customers to ensure the successful clinical implementation of our Concentric Care platform.
She has over 25 years of clinical experience within the healthcare sector and began her career as a Registered Nurse. She holds a Bachelor of Nursing and a Masters in Health Science Education and has completed her PhD at The Kirby Institute, Faculty of Medicine at UNSW.
Vickie has built a career as a Clinical Consultant specialising in clinical re-design and innovation. She also has significant experience in multi-centre research and accreditation projects for the NSW Department of Health and Local Health Districts, across rural and metropolitan areas.
Outside of Rauland, Vickie is a Conjoint Lecturer at the Kirby Institute of UNSW and is passionate about driving excellence in the facilitation and education of healthcare.

Alby joined Rauland in 2022 and brings almost 20 years of both local and international marketing and communications experience to the team.
Throughout her career, Alby has gained a deep expertise in developing, executing and managing successful brand, communication and digital marketing programs and go to market strategies that support business goals and drive customer success. Prior to joining Rauland, Alby worked within the healthcare arms of companies such as Canon and Philips, gaining extensive knowledge of the healthcare market.
