New Appointment – Queensland Client Services Team

We are very pleased to announce Jack Harris has been appointed to the role of Client Services and Operations Manager at Rauland Australia. Jack is located in our Brisbane office and is responsible for the delivery of client services to our Queensland healthcare customers.

Jack began his career as a commercial electrician, and he brings more than 10 years electronics and communication systems experience to his new role. During his career Jack has worked on commercial electrical projects within the healthcare, construction, retail and marine industries.

Jack joined Rauland Australia in 2017 as a Project Manager; applying his extensive electronics experience and Project Management qualifications to his role. During this time, he worked on a number of projects across Queensland to deliver integrated nurse call, workflow and communications and patient engagement solutions.

“I’m really pleased to have the opportunity to take this next important step in developing my career and looking forward to working with the rest of the Queensland team to make sure we continue to deliver great outcomes for our Customers,” said Jack.

Originally from Wodonga in Victoria, Jack decided to make the move to warmer parts and re-located to the Gold Coast a few years ago. Since then he has fully embraced the Queensland coastal lifestyle, taking up surfing, kitesurfing and windsurfing. Jack is also enjoying being a new dad and introducing his young daughter to the sand and surf.
