We’re very excited to announce Matthew Farrugia has joined our team in the role of User Experience and User Interface (UX/UI) Designer. Matthew will be focused on designing a best practice, engaging experience for users of the Concentric Care platform.
Matthew holds a Bachelor of Communication Design from RMIT and over the past 14 years has built an award-winning career specialising in creating design solutions for User Experience, User Interface and Brand Communication. His passion for transforming complex problems into compelling and usable design solutions, is matched by his strong understanding of user experience methodologies.
Matthew has worked locally and internationally on UI/UX design projects for both the public and private sectors with past clients including: National Australia Bank, University of Tasmania, Metro Trains, Coles Group, 7 Eleven, Officeworks and the Ontario Government (Canada).
Working closely with our Product Development and Clinical Teams Matthew will deliver creative usability designs that are underpinned by extensive research into user behaviour and environment, and clinical requirements.
“I’m very excited by the opportunity to apply my design skills and experience to the Concentric Care platform,” said Matthew. “Our solutions can make a real difference to patients and their families, and to the healthcare staff providing care – our goal is to make sure we deliver all users of the platform with a really great experience.”
After living and working in Ontario, Canada for seven years, Matthew has returned home to Melbourne where he is now enjoying family life with his wife and baby son Liam.
