Rauland Australia Pty Ltd has been engaged by John Holland Group and Stowe Australia to deliver the Nurse Call, Master Clock and IPTV systems and associated clinical workflow, design, delivery, and installation services for the new Victorian Heart Hospital in Melbourne.
The Victorian Heart Hospital is being delivered by the Victorian Government in partnership with Monash Health and Monash University. The Hospital will be Australia’s first state-of-the-art, stand-alone specialist cardiac hospital and will integrate clinical cardiology services, research and education to create a world-class centre of excellence. Part of Monash Health’s network of services, the Victorian Heart Hospital will be located on the Monash University Clayton campus.
The Victorian Heart Hospital will include a full range of cardiac care services including cardiac theatres, cardiac catheterisation laboratories and ambulatory services such as cardiac CT, echocardiography and specialist consultation.

Due for completion in 2022, the Victorian Heart Hospital will have the capacity to provide up to 2,150 cardiac surgeries per year and will significantly increase access to world-leading cardiac services.
